In the core of this Session will be Soul-Embodiment but this is like the complementary space, that balances out the deep inner work through deep relaxation. I will bring you into your body and out of your mind, melting any stress & worries and nourishing you deeply with touch and presence. With DEEPLY I mean the places & parts within you that usually are not touched and really in need. You will feel held, safe, and peaceful inside and the touch I offer will be like a healing elixir flooding all of your bodies (physical, emotional, mental, energetical). This is not a normal massage and will have longterm effects. Your nervous-system will heal, restore, be balanced and gain more sensitivity & resilience. Emotions can come up, but we will soften them together. I also work on your energy field, so blockages may want to be released through sound & breath, but I will guide you here. We only implement talking if it is helpful (e.g. releasing what´s stuck in you throat or heart & keeps you constricted).

I will sense immediately what your body needs. We don´t focus on doing deep trauma work here - we simply allow the body to do what needs to be done to fully soften and open up - for you to sink & settle deeper within. This is like the YIN to my usual SOUL-EMBODIMENT Sessions and BOTH ARE NEEDED and deeply healing in their own way. Lucky you if you live or are currently close by.

We start with a little check-in and we have a little closing, for you to land softly “back into the world”.

Although I always use Theta-Healing as one of my many Tools during any other Session - I also LOVE to give Sessions where we only focus on Theta-Healing and work mostly from the 7th plane, receiving gods guidance and healing. Either starting with a reading to find out what process or part of you, wants to use the sacred and powerful space and possibility we offer, to transform (trusting divine timing) OR you come with specific wishes (we can definitely go into manifesting soul-aligned, removing beliefs that keep you from living your purpose) or problems that keep on repeating and you want to transform the root of it (we will not stop until we found it!) or you want to work on physical symptoms/illness - all possible.
