No worries, I know that very well, that’s why I created this space in a way that allows you to drop in during a busy work or family life and it rather SUPPORTS you (these 30min in the morning or evening will make your whole day more smooth) and beside that I collect free times from everyone to make sure everyone can join live as often as possible - it is also nice to just repeat the journey on your own. We did this twice 7 days in a row & people worried about time but learned how possible and great it is soon :) but still: we will do it more relaxed now.

The great thing about this space is: come as you are & it will be exactly what is needed. It is a space free from expectation/judgement/right & wrong (you will only meet all of that within you to soften it) to explore & relax into guidance, playful & peaceful journeys that inspire you and you will unfold in your own timing. Give it a try, it is nothing to learn to solve - it is a flowing and evolving space that supports you wherever & however you are!

Well, you are not the first one! I had ecstatic dance facilitators, bodyworkers, therapists and passionate & experience dancers in my first journeys and they loved it, because it is not that I “teach” you something - we are having a experience together! I do share wisdom & inspiration too, but in an intuitive way & far beyond dancing/bodywork (which are still just tools). All of them could dive deeper into exploration & enjoyed having a held space to relax into and meet their own weaknesses and gifts - and to embrace both of them more. In the end it is all about SOUL EMBODIMENT & that’s an endless journey, so why not flowing further in such a nice way? If there is resonance, trust that, give it a try, you will definitely take something from it ❤️

When we are not alone in all of this, when we are seen, held & accepted in our mess AND our greatness - ALL parts of us that kept us from stepping into our power, allowing all emotions and expressing our truth - all the fears & blockages they will come up AND we don’t have to do anything with them but inviting them into this safe space & NEW experience we create here together - so they will feel safe, learn and remember how being in relation can be and they will “upgrade” and integrate themselves. This experience will rewire our subconscious & nervous-system. This is the power of 1:1 sessions, healthy friendships & relationships AND: tribe & community. And this medicine is part of our space too!
