This is a journey of contained, intense & guided Soul-Embodiment and it will be both:
profound, therapeutic, deep AND filled with passion, lightness, joy, magic & ease.
It challenges you to step into the unknown too. But for the truest part of you it will be the known.
Only our human “disconnected” parts will fear & resist this shift. That’s why this space is for them, to hold them safe,
to support them, to softly open them up. This journey is designed to build a foundation for more love in your life - by first receiving more love into your body, mind & heart. To unite all your different facets in harmony, to create integration within your beautiful complexity. So that you can move from inner peace & wholeness.
A new level of TRUST is required to anchor love on a somatic level - and to receive more of it.
The only way is: despite any pain, yet in your own rhythm - you open up again & let the guards down, while you establish clear & fluid boundaries. Your inner masculine & feminine will both mature and unite as a team & remember their inner dance again.
We will walk through your childhood & first relational experiences again - to integrate all your fragmented parts & rewire your deepest patterns & your nervous-system - for a new experience of love rather than repetition of the old.
Finding true fulfilment in love starts within - not just in your own heart but in your BODY too, where all the limiting beliefs, sabotage & protection patterns are anchored.
That´s why I combine BODYWORK, Trauma-therapy, Theta-Healing, Internal Family System & more in this unique Mentoring.

We do not have to reach out for love, as we already are, but it is up to us,
to return, re-align & alchemise all our trauma into more capacity to embody & receive love. We only have to “remove” our protection in a way that the vulnerable parts behind it still feels safe. And restoring our faith which is the most courageous thing we can do in our entire life.
A path of both: consciously choosing our power, a bold jump into the unknown AND a soft surrendering, full allowance of all that is not ready yet & allowing our true rhythm again. Right here love will find us - not just when we are “healed”.
We will not leave our humanness & mess behind..

🛠️ We will dive into a unique mix of proven & direct “tools” that I distilled over my last 7 years of Soul-Embodiment © to have a strong, integrated & supportive FOUNDATION, providing the stability you need to go beyond the limits that keep you kind of growing but still somehow stuck. We will establish a daily connection & devotion practice.
💎 We will regularly tap into higher states of consciousness & love and ANCHOR THEM INTO YOUR BODY. During guided inner journeys we are working along common blockages and activate new pathways. Feels like: light flushing through you, lifting you up, cells vibrate, mind is wide open & peaceful + the heart is full, awake, open & deepened.

1:2 Mentoring Info
Most of the Calls will be with the three of us & we will do deep reflection work and create a map of your relationship - to have clarity about what’s below the typical conflicts and to uncover your potential. The mentoring includes everything I usually do to make real progress here too. And I will guide you through aligned practices & inner journeys together too. But I will ALSO work with both of you on your own topics & patterns in 1:1 calls - for the things that need a safe space to be alchemised.
This is for the couples who feel & desire their love to root deeper & grow higher.
