Services and Prices
Details of my services & prices are provided on my website. I reserve the right to make changes to my offerings and prices at any time.
Payment
Payment is due upon purchase. YOU MUST PAY BEFORE YOU CAN USE ANY OF THE SERVICES. If you choose monthly rates/payment plans, you have to pay in full and completely, no matter if you use the service until the end or not at all. Payment happens on external websites via SETMORE and STRIPE.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations for booked sessions, online courses, readings, downloads and any provided services are not possible. Rescheduling of any booked 1:1 Session must be made at least 4 days in advance and agreed by me. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a contract THAT HAS NOT BEGAN YET (e.g. Mentoring) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you approved and creates the contract with me. No contract - no right of withdrawal.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). AS SOON AS THE CONTRACT BEGINS, either the date we agreed on starting or the first Session is opened (via Zoom), regardless if you are present or not, you cannot withdrawal.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
